Internal Audit Charter

The Company's Internal Audit Department has an Internal Audit Charter established on March 1, 2009. This Internal Audit Charter provides work guidelines for the Internal Audit Department in carrying out the duties and mandates of the Company's Directors. In addition, other matters relating to the technical, operational, and ethical aspects of each member of the Internal Audit Department are also discussed in the Internal Audit Charter.
