Jakarta, April 12, 2023 – PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) achieved awards once again for its success in company brand promotion done within the last year. In the Infobank Digital Brand Recognition 2023 held by Infobank magazine and Isentia (a global institution focusing on media monitoring and analysis), BFI Finance as a financing company snatched three awards, namely the golden trophy, ‘The Best’ title in the category of financing companies with assets above Rp10 trillion, and ‘The 2nd Highest Digital Index’ title.
The methodology for this research comprised eight stages of evaluation of BFI Finance’s corporate brand in social media universe. The eight stages included determining the categories, research on brand and keywords, alternatives to social media channels, generated data from social media, determining sentiment analysis (very positive, positive, neutral, negative, and very negative), data sampling, index calculation, and determining the top three results.
